AS A REFLECTION OF THE CITY'S MORE SUCCESSFUL URBAN AND SUBURBAN MOMENTS, DTH’S HYBRID TYPOLOGY SETS A PRECEDENCE FOR HOW A MELTING POT OF PROGRAMMATIC RELATIONSHIPS CAN DRAW A LIVELY SPARK OF ACTIVITY DURING AND AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. BY ACTIVATING THE TRANSIT HUB WITH INTERLINKED COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, AND RETAIL PROGRAM “PODS,” THE DEVELOPMENT ENSURES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BOTH LIVING AND WORKING PROVISIONS FOR DIFFERENT DEMOGRAPHICS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE IN THE URBAN CONTEXT.
